We worked with a GFE College Group client to develop their employer engagement and business development functions.
We undertook an assessment of the effectiveness of the College’s new CRM system, and the way that various business development functions and brands worked, and cooperated, with each other.
We undertook several training workshops in the new Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring all client-facing and BD staff understood how the Levy is planned to work, and what kind of support clients might need.
We worked with the Senior Leadership Team and the function managers to develop a business development plan around the provision of new support services, curriculum enhancement and employer-focused solutions.
