We acted as Land Agent for the disposal of land for a client in the South East of England.
These land sales are instrumental in providing core (match) funding that underpins the delivery of the College’s long-term estate strategy. Optimising the land receipt was of paramount importance and we worked hard to ensure the College got the best possible deal.
We identified a potential purchaser (local Authority) and managed disposal negotiations, developing Heads of Terms for the key Terms & Conditions of sale.
We have since been appointed by the client to deal with the disposal of a second site.
