We worked with a client in the North of England on the development of an FE Led regeneration project.
The project involved the relocation of existing FE provision from two campuses into an iconic town centre building, co-located with a new, state-of-the-art Learning Village.
We acted as bid managers, securing the LEP and local authority funding to enable the project.
We also worked with all counterparties on developing the solutions needed to meet varying agendas, acting as interlocutor on arrangements.
The project successfully secured LEP funding and is ongoing.
