We worked with a GFE College client to undertake a comprehensive employer consultation exercise to assist in the development of employer led Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision in the North of England.
We designed the consultation exercise, undertook a telephone survey of over 1,000 regional employers and delivered face-to-face consultation with over 50 employers.
We undertook analysis of existing employer consultation processes, including the use of CRM across a number of College (and subsidiary) functions.
We provided a management report into potential issues and made recommendations for improvement.
We also worked with Heads of Curriculum to ensure that the output of this process was used to design an employer-responsive curriculum offer, leading to a significant capital project for the development of a new HE facility, delivering an employer-led curriculum.
We also successfully managed the application to the local LEP for capital funding for the project, securing in excess of £3m.
