We have recently been commissioned to look at the impact of a potential merger on the aggregated estate of the proposed merged College.
We have undertaken analysis of the curriculum plan, in order to identify key estate options. We developed an interim curriculum strategy, identifying the immediate needs and opportunities, post-merger.
We have managed provision of information to the ESFA Transaction Unit, as part of the application for TU support.
And we are managing negotiations with the local LEP to ensure the College can secure the capital funding needed to deliver an estate, and that can deliver both increased efficiency, has the capacity growth, but has the level of flexibility needed to future-proof the College, moving forward.
